We need your help! Join the PTO today!
The CP playground is the heart of our school community.
The CP PTO is currently raising funds to update aging equipment, add more climbing and sensory play options, and make popular items, such as the gaga pit and tire swings, more accessible on soggy days. But all of these improvements cost money!
If you love the CP playground like we do, please consider placing a bid in our online auction or offering a donation via Venmo (@cppto) or Zelle (treasurer@cppto.org). All donations should include the note "playground".
This October 2023 presentation, laid out below in more detail, explains how the PTO identified these priorities, estimated costs for items on our "wishlist," and what the next steps may be.
The PTO committee formed in spring 2022 to identify playground issues, needs, and possible future improvements. In 2022-23, PPS requested playground priorities from all elementary schools as it planned district-wide improvements.
